Come back to your
When everything feels fast, overwhelming or out of control — your breath can bring you back.
Most of us live slightly disconnected from our bodies.
We push through stress. We ignore tension. We try to think our way out of things we actually need to feel. And often, we don’t even realise how much our breathing has changed.
Your breath becomes shallow. Fast. Tight. And your body stays in a constant state of alert.
Breathwork is not about doing more. It’s about returning to something that has always been there and that is always with you.
A simple, powerful tool to help you:
slow down & release tension
improve stress resilience
sleep & recover better
improve your performance
feel safe in your body again
About
A simple way back to yourself
Hi, I’m Meli. I’m a certified breathwork coach based in Zurich, born and raised in Switzerland.
For years, I struggled to feel in control of my own body, battling anxiety and panic attacks and like many people, I tried to manage it by pushing through.
Breathwork was the first tool that truly helped me shift how I felt. It wasn’t an instant fix, but a steady, consistent path back to myself. It gave me the tools to finally calm down and to feel grounded and safe in my body again.
But breathwork didn’t just help me with anxiety, it also improved my performance in sports, my recovery and my overall energy levels. Through my background as a professional dancer and group fitness coach, I’ve always worked closely with the body. Breathwork allowed me to connect everything: music, movement, awareness and nervous system regulation.
Today, I share this work in a way that is simple, grounded and practical. My approach is not about extreme experiences or pushing limits. It’s about learning to work with your body so that you can feel at home in it. Only when mind and body are connected, we can access our full potential.
The Practice: Breathwork
What it is & why we need it now
Breathwork is the conscious use of the breath to influence your physical, mental, and emotional state.
It calms the mind and deepens the connection with the body — often allowing people to access meditative states much faster than through traditional meditation, not by forcing change, but by creating space.
Rooted in ancient Eastern wisdom, breathwork is used today as a powerful tool for nervous system regulation. In our fast-paced world, many have forgotten how to breathe freely. Stress causes our breath to become shallow, keeping the body in a state of constant alert. Learning to breathe again means giving your system a sense of safety, releasing tension, and reclaiming your vitality.
My sessions
My sessions are not about pushing your limits. They are about learning how to listen, regulate and reconnect. Each format offers a different way to work with your breath — whether you prefer a quiet 1:1 space, a private group, or a setting for your team. All sessions are held in a calm, supportive environment and can be guided in German or English.
Private Group Session
Whether with friends, family or as a couple,
practicing in a familiar setting can allow you to feel more at ease and fully relax into the experience. Each session is tailored to the needs of the group, combining guided breathwork with simple, practical tools you can take into your everyday life.
